These Terms & Conditions apply to room reservations made directly with Ida Efes Hotel or through this website. Please review the room, dates, price and booking conditions before confirming a reservation.

1. Hotel information

Mesut Cengiz operates Ida Efes Hotel as a sole proprietor trading as Ida Efes Hotel.

2. Reservations

A reservation is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation from the hotel or its booking system. An enquiry alone does not reserve a room.

Please check your dates, number of guests, room type and contact details in the confirmation. Balconies, views, and other room features depend on the room type you book.

3. Prices and payment

The price, currency, included services and any applicable charges are shown during booking and in your confirmation. Breakfast is optional and is included only when stated in your booking.

We accept cash, credit cards and debit cards. The amount due and time of payment are shown during booking or in the confirmation. Optional services requested during your stay may be charged separately after their price has been explained to you.

4. Cancellations, date changes and no-shows

Confirmed room reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If you decide not to travel or do not arrive, payments already made for the reservation will not be refunded, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

You may request a date change without a change fee at least two days before your scheduled arrival date. A change is subject to room availability and is valid only after the hotel confirms the new dates in writing. The room price for the new dates may differ; we will tell you about any price difference before confirming the change.

Date-change requests made less than two days before arrival may not be accepted. A request to change dates does not cancel or alter the original reservation until the hotel confirms it.

If you booked through a third-party platform or travel agent, the conditions shown in that booking confirmation also apply. Please contact the platform or agent through which you booked to submit a request.

5. Check-in and your stay

Check-in and check-out times are provided during booking or in your confirmation. At check-in, guests must present a valid identity document or passport and provide the details required for hotel registration under Turkish law.

Please treat the room, hotel facilities, staff and other guests with care and respect. Guests may be asked to pay the reasonable cost of damage they cause beyond ordinary use, subject to applicable law.

6. Tours and transfers

Tours and transfers are separate from room accommodation unless expressly included in your reservation. Please check their provider, price, inclusions, schedule and booking conditions before reserving them.

7. Website information and contact

We aim to keep room descriptions, photos and other website information accurate. The room type, price and included services in your confirmed reservation govern your booking. If a material change affects your reservation, we will contact you.
